Learning SharePoint Online

In this 1 hour and 40 minute course, get the basic skills you need to work effectively with SharePoint Online.  See demonstrations of how to create, edit, coauthor, and save documents, share team sites, and work with library and list apps. 

Some topics do not apply to our environment, or are not fully supported:  

  • Log in to SharePoint  -  may not apply to WisDOT's environment.  Instead, reference login information on the bottom of the SharePoint Getting started page. 

  • SharePoint on the Road - Mobile apps and synching devices may be reviewed, but are not fully supported at this time.

  • Sync a list with Outlook - will be available after the SharePoint Migration.

SharePoint Online Essential Training

In this comprehensive 9 hour and 18 minute course, you can get started using SharePoint Online, the cloud-based version of SharePoint, for collaboration and document sharing. Find out how to save and share documents, work with sites, libraries and lists, and understanding permissions.
