11.1 - Pile Details (insert sheets - none)

  • Change 14 x 117 to 14 x 73, 12 x 84 to 12 x 53 and add 10 x 42.
  • Remove model No. H.P. 75750 - no longer available

  • 12.8 - Abutment Type A5 (insert sheets - none)

  • Section Thru Abutment Body - Changed "#4 tie bars at 4'-0" horiz. spa." To "3 - #4 tie bars at 4'-0" horiz. spa."

  • 19.7 - Intermediate Steel Diahpragms (insert sheets - gsdiamt, mgstdiamt, gstdia, mgstdia)

  • Add alternate diaphragm option - 3/8" bent plate. This option was requested by the fabricator because bent plates are more readily available than channels.

  • 19.13 - 70" Pretensioned Girder Design Data (insert sheets - g70.dgn, mg70.dgn)

  • Changed 0.5" dia. strand patterns for 28, 30, 40, & 42 options.

  • 30.15 - Ornamental Protective Screening (insert sheets - none)

  • New Standard

  • 38.1 - Highway over Railroad Design Requirements (insert sheets - none)

  • Dimensions from centerline of tracks to side of column: remove 9'-0" and 11'-0" dimensions. Remove "TO ELIMINATE CRASH WALLS" from 25'-0" dimension and add "D Min."
  • Add to Designer Notes: Minimum clearance between parallel track centerline is 20'-0" and "D Using this min. criteria eliminates need for crash walls at piers".

  • 40.4 - Strip Seals & Diaph. Details for Overlays (insert sheets - none)

  • Remove note "Concrete in this area shall be included in bid item Concrete Masonry Bridges if Concrete Masonry, Bridges is required elsewhere on job". Per Standard Specs, concrete masonry for joint repair will be paid for under Concrete Masonry, Overlay, Decks.
