Lean Community of Practice

The WisDOT Lean Community of Practice (COP) is a group of people who share interest in improving customer service, maximizing efficient operations, saving costs, streamlining processes and making informed data-driven decisions. This forum is for people to connect, learn from each other, develop skills, and test ideas. WisDOT COP is open to those who have participated in yellow belt or above trainings and anyone interested in learning more about Lean Six Sigma.
