Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

Description: The AD&D plan protects you against losses resulting from a covered accident. You may select a coverage amount of 3 times or 5 times annual salary up to a maximum amount of $250,000.

In addition, employees may purchase single or family coverage. When enrolled with family coverage, spouse and dependent children ages 14 days through 19 years (25 years if attending school full time) are insured.

Zurich offers an additional service to enrollees related to Travel Assistance.  Enrollees can cover their entire family even if Single AD&D coverage is elected. See the links below for more information.
