Payroll Processing Calendars

The payroll calendars below contain the 26 bi-weekly pay period begin and end dates along with paycheck dates for each year. Circles indicate pay dates for corresponding pay periods (A, B or C). The beginning of each pay period is marked on the left while the end is marked on the right and each is color-coded to indicate where the pay periods begin and end. Legal holidays are identified by diagonal shading.

Payroll Deduction Schedule for Insurances

The payroll deduction schedules below can be used to view a complete list of insurance deductions each pay period. A, B or C is used as an identifier for insurance deductions. Insurance deductions are split between the A and B pay periods. No insurance deductions come out of the C pay periods.

Employee Personal Leave Record

The employee leave record spreadsheets below can be used to track leave usage and accrual. Any hours coded as absence without pay will reduce your vacation and sick leave earned. Sick leave cannot be used before it is accrued.
